TOM KELLY
Treasurer-September 2025
We purchased our home in Stonebridge in 2017. We absolutely love it here since moving from the DC/Baltimore area. This is a great community with the potential for being even better. As responsible homeowners we are interested in maintaining the quality and value of the neighborhood.
I chair committees in professional organizations as well as having chaired the Facilities Maintenance Board at our church. My career has provided a great deal of experience in writing technical specifications for procurement contracts and ferreting out the details to ensure best value for expenditures. Transparent communication and feedback from residents regarding issues within the community is an essential goal, and I truly value the trust placed in me as a member of the board.
