NICK BLUMERT
President- September 2026
Nick Blumert has lived in the Stonebridge community since 2012. He and his wife, Ashley, enjoy spending time with family and friends. Woodworking and barbecuing are among some of his favorite hobbies. Nick brings his experience in working in sales as an asset to the board of directors. He is community-minded and aims to make decisions that will benefit the residents of the Stonebridge subdivision. Nick is currently serving a two year term as the President on the board of directors.

ALEXANDER WHITE
Vice President 2024
Alex draws on his experience as an educational administrator to help facilitate the decisions made by the SPOA board of directors. He began his career teaching elementary school in Jefferson County for seven years. In 2013, he made a transition to the central administrative offices, where he continues to serve as the Coordinator of Student Support in the Office of Social and Emotional Support. His main focus for Stonebridge is to develop stronger camaraderie among neighbors through community events. He promotes board transparency by developing and and distributing the quarterly newsletter, among other forms of communication.

JIM STEARNS
Member at Large-September 2024
2018, Jim and his wife Lynn relocated from Yorktown, VA to Stonebridge to be closer to their grandchildren. Unfortunately, Jim lost Lynn in 2019. In 2020, he adopted a rescue K9 named Lily, who has since become his loyal companion. Following a 40-year career at Newport News Shipbuilding, Jim now focuses on volunteering in the community, participating on HOA boards, and fostering a welcoming, supportive neighborhood.

RENEE WESLEY
Secretary-September 2026
Renee has lived in the Stonebridge Community since 2002, serving on various committees like the Architectural Review Committee and Neighborhood Watch. She works as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on Commercial Resupply Services for the International Space Station and supporting NASA missions. A former Marine with 12 years of service, she studies at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and advocates for veterans. Renee is a mother of two graduates, Kevin and Amber, who live in West Virginia and Florida, respectively.

TOM KELLY
Treasurer-September 2025
Tom purchased his home in Stonebridge in2017 and has loved living there since moving from the DC/Baltimore area. He finds this community wonderful and sees great potential for it to improve even further. As a responsible homeowner, Tom is committed maintaining the quality and value of the neighborhood. He chairs committees in various professional organizations and has previously led the Facilities Maintenance Board at his church. With a career that has provided him extensive experience writing technical specifications for procurement contracts, Tom ensures the best value for expenditures. He believes that transparent communication and feedback from residents regarding community issues are essential, and he truly values the trust placed in him a member of the board.
